About Harald Uhlig
Harald Uhlig is the Bruce Allen and Barbara Ritzenthaler Professor in Economics and the College at the Department of Economics at the University of Chicago. He is the head editor of the Journal of Political Economy. His research interests are applied quantitative theory and applied dynamic, stochastic general equilibrium theory; the intersection of macroeconomics and financial economics; Bayesian time series analysis and macroeconomic applications. He is the recipient of the Gossen Preis, Verein für Socialpolitik, 2003 and is a Fellow of the Econometric Society since 2003.
